The crown jewel of not only golf in Australia, but arguably the world.  The West Course at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club is a strategic masterpiece designed by "The Good Doctor", Alistair MacKenzie, on his famous trip to Australia in the mid 1920's.  The West Course has become synonymous with the strategic school of golf course design forcing players to work from the green backwards as they think their way around the course.
